Don Jazzy is a singer, songwriter, Nigerian record producer and entrepreneur. In 2004 he co-founded Mo’Hits Records with D’banj and on May 8, 2012 Mo’Hits went bankrupt for reasons best known to him and his D’banj. When he founded Mavin Records. Michael Collins Agerre is his real name, but he was given the nickname Don Jazzy in secondary school.

Don Jazzy is from Delta, although he was born on November 26, 1982 in Umuahia, Abia. His family moved from Abia State to Ajegunle, Lagos, where he grew up.
