The Turkish Scholarship is a government-funded competitive scholarship program awarded to outstanding students and researchers for full-time or short-term programs at Turkish higher education institutions.
This scholarship opportunity aims to create a network of future leaders who want to strengthen cooperation between countries and mutual understanding between communities.

Eligibility: Candidates:
Being a citizen other than Turkey (previous Turkish citizenship or no one can apply) cannot be a student enrolled in a Turkish university at the applicant level.
Candidate age criteria are also required:
For undergraduate programs: Up to 21 years
For Masters Program: Must be under 30 years old
For PhD program: Must be under 35 years of age
For Research Fellowship: Must be under 45 years of age
Candidates should not have health problems to receive education.
At least 75% marks in aggregate at the highest graduation or diploma level or at least 75% marks in a recognized national or international postgraduate examination.
All applicants must upload the following documents into the system:
Valid identity document, ID card or passport
Photo of the applicant taken within the last 1 year
National test results (if available)
Diploma or Certificate of Completion
Transcription
International test scores (GRE, GMAT, SAT, etc.) if required by the chosen university or program
Results of international language tests such as TOEFL, DELF, if required by the chosen university or program
A proposal for a research topic and a sample of your research paper (for PhD programs only)
