Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the office for staff and visitors
  • Perform basic data entries on the computer covering bookkeeping and business activities
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager in customer engagement
  • Procure items critical to the smooth running of the office including fuel for the generator, stationery, and serving refreshments during training events
  • Attend to occasional visitors at the reception
  • Undertake occasional errands for the company with clients and contractors


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of an SSCE
  • Data entry computing skills
  • Experience as an Office Assistant is preferred but not essential
  • Ideal for candidates residing within 30 minutes commuting distance to Toyin Ikeja to reduce their cost of transportation
  • Integrity and punctuality are essential
  • Good communication skills in the English language
