Peter Obi visited the redemption camp for the first time and was welcomed with a massive cheerful noise and applause

Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s nominee for president in the general election of 2023, makes his debut appearance at the Redeemed Christian Church of God’s 70th annual conference in Redemption City.

“We welcome Mr. Peter Obi to the Redemption Camp for the first time,” the announcer said as he welcomed Obi to the convention.

Participants in the “Perfect Jubilee” event applauded enthusiastically when he was introduced.

Others welcomed and introduced include: Bishop Wale Oke, President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria and Presiding Bishop of the Sword of the Spirit Ministries; Reverend Sam Aboyeji, National Superintendent of the Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria; and Udom Emmanuel, Governor of Akwa Ibom State.

and the Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, who is represented by his wife.
