Computer engineer Niyi, 33, comes from Oyo State in Nigeria. He had had aspirations of being a professional basketball player, but those dreams were dashed when he suffered an accident that resulted in sciatica.
He still enjoys playing basketball, working out, and trying new foods. He has a high regard for Dennis Rodman and both enjoys eating and cooking new foods. In addition, he enjoys playing card and board games and is a voracious reader and ambitious writer. He has a gaming license as well.
The BBNaija housemate is married; he is the father of Raphael Lawal, a boy, and the spouse of Bella Bar Lawal, a South African event decorator. The 34-year-old is a wonderful spouse and a loving father, Bella Bar Lawal, a.k.a. “Niyi BBNaija,” posted on her Instagram page.
